Atrani Food Industries Private Limited ("Atrani", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what corporate and personal data we collect, how we secure it, and your rights over it.

• Business data. GSTIN, FSSAI license, business address and contact details you upload for verification.
• Contact data. Name, email, phone and role of individuals placing or authorising orders.
• Order data. Products purchased, delivery details, invoices and payment references.
• Usage data. Cookies and analytics that help us improve the ordering experience.

We store FSSAI/GST uploads in access-restricted systems and never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. You may email privacy@atranifoods.in to request access, correction or deletion. 

Terms & Conditions

 The Atrani platform is a strict B2B engagement channel available exclusively to verified HoReCa businesses (hotels, restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens and institutional buyers). Retail accounts are prohibited.

• Wholesale pricing is dynamic and may change without notice; the price at order confirmation is binding.
• Orders below the minimum threshold may be consolidated or held for the next dispatch window.
• All invoices are raised on the verified business entity linked to your account.
• Any misuse — including resale to retail consumers — will result in immediate account termination.

Shipping Policy

• Standard dispatch window: 3–4 business days from payment confirmation.
• Free delivery on orders above ₹7,000 within our serviceable pin codes.
• Deliveries are made to the ground floor / loading dock during business hours.
• Buyer is responsible for gate-inspection at the time of unloading; discrepancies must be noted on the delivery challan.
• Demurrage may apply if unloading is delayed beyond 45 minutes.

Return & Refund Policy

• Latent defects may be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery with batch photographs and invoice reference.
• Perishables (dairy, blast-frozen proteins, opened canisters) are excluded from returns for food-safety reasons.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
• Bank transfer discounts, if availed, are adjusted from the refunded amount.
